Did somebody already moved his Citrix LAS activation from US to EU? I changed my endpoint 3 days ago to api-eu.cloud.com and since then I have a Warning in my Dashboard and the Servers don't appear in the EU tab.

I tried moving 2 from US to AP-S last month after the tab showed up as it seemed logical as those license servers were in Australia alongside the VDAs but the tenant is US. Both servers ended up unable to contact LAS so had to move them back to US by undoing the config file change before they would work and connect again. The extra empty AP-S tab hasn't shown up again in there since.

I directly onboarded to EU-Region but in the new view of the License Servers page the EU server was in the US Region. When switchting to the classic view the Server was in the EU region and "green". (do you still can switch to the classic view?)
I had a call with Citix Support, the solution was to delete the US Region License Server (in the new view), after that this server directly showed up in the EU Region.

omg there is a classic view. I didn't see that.
In the new view it's not listed in EU and in the classic view, USA is orange und EU is listed and green.

I moved LAS from US to EU.
Everything is green and I no longer see any EU/US tabs in classic or new view.

@Marco Hofmann Than it's the same as on our instance, you should be fine to delete in the new view the license server in the US Region.

I cleaned up in the classic view. And then checked the new view 24h later. Everything seems to be okay now. Thank you very much for your Tipp!
