07/09/2026, 7:44 AMYeah, I have used scp for years, but a few colleagues mentioned it I think.. 1-2 updates ago? It was fixed in 14.1 66.59, but now hidden / moved to the drop down menu.

07/09/2026, 2:48 PMOur dev netscalers are on 14.1 72.61 and I was able to perform a full backup and download it. You only get the download button if you have one item selected. I successfully downloaded it

07/09/2026, 3:01 PMchecked and its available on latest 13.1 build 13.1-63-18 it wasnt on my previous build (prior to firmware update) i was selecting one file and didnt get the download option
