You can't just ignore and go on? When patching via CLI or NSC / NSC-Service, you can skip / ignore that part and go on with the update. I'm having a bunch of these warnings, but never affected anything

thanks, will try via cli. Via gui i couldnt skip, installation was aborted

Had this with old sectigo certificates. Had to renew the certificate, delete the old certificate with the full chain and upload the new certificate with the full chain.

Had that in 2 environments where a cert file had spaces in the name. installns -C from the cli bypasses the cert check and all upgrades went well after that

Just got update from Citrix: We will fix issue with „space” in the cert name in our next build. 😉 They are working on a KB article for this too…
