2402 CU3: They access one url thru a Netscaler, citrix.domain.com , both internally and externally. DNS resolves the internal NSGW IP and obiously externally, they access a external IP. Anyways, if a user starts the session inside their network, citrix.domain.com, they launch applications and everything is fine. They go to a laptop on another network and start their applications, everything gets closed on the original PC and a new application perfectly opens up on the new connection. Now, they block (Windows+L) the laptop and try to open on the original PC, the original applications open up but no new applications open up
