Random one - on Windows 10, the "Legal Notice" used to be formatted with a left alignment (as shown in the attached image). However, on Windows 11, it has gone to centrally aligned, and looks a bit rubbish, IMO. Anyone know of a way you can format it back to left aligned again?

Not that I know of, but those pre logon messages would never stand up legally, so not worth having them. after the first logon users never read them anyway, so not sure what it looks like will make any difference to the end user.

Sounds like something similar I tell my auditors and anyone who will listen but yet we are required to have this message. Mostly because someone who can, doesn't want to go through the trouble of updating the company standard or procedure that dictates we have it.
