Launching an additional copy of a published application fails now that LAS is back. Seems like ever since LAS went into effect when users go to launch a second copy of a published app, something they could do before, they get errors like this in the event log. Connection validation failed on domain '<domainname>' for user 'username' for reason 'Deny'. Looking into this it talks about licensing, and everything licensing looks fine. Only happens when launching a second copy of an app on the same server. But if you spawn the process from like task manager inside the session it is fine. Anyone else seen anything similar to this?

I can try to test it Jeff. So same user uses two versions of the same app opn the same server?

Correct. Using the same icon even. As long as the published app is not set to only 1 instance per user.

well good i still have a 2402 environment 🙂

I launched about 10 instances of a chrome published app without an issue on 2402.

@Jeff Riechers sorry it took so long had to upgrade a bunch of stuff. But i can confirm like Melissa I was able to launch many of the same app on the same workders.

Thanks for looking into this. May just be something with this one particular published app.
