im testing out AVD, used the QuickStart thing to spin it up really quick. Its a D4ds_v4 (4vCpu 16gb mem). is it normal for doing actions like moving a window around to be a bit "choppy" ? I'm the only user. Looking to potentially replace our on prem RDS set up with this, but .. performance is sketchy thus far.
