I’m encountering a sporadic issue with Citrix VDA 2507 CU1 on Windows Server (fleet of 200 VDAs) and wanted to see if anyone else is seeing this. The Symptom: Random VDAs are becoming Unregistered in Studio about once every two days. Key Details: • Logs: Absolutely nothing in the Event Viewer (Application/System/Citrix) at the time of the drop. • Service Status: The Citrix Desktop Service remains in a "Running" state. • Workaround: Restarting the Citrix Desktop Service (BrokerAgent) fixes it immediately, and the VDA registers without issue. • Scale: Affects random nodes across a 200-server environment. It feels like a “silent hang” of the BrokerAgent or a communication timeout that doesn't trigger a service crash or an error log. Has anyone experienced similar "silent unregistrations" on this specific build?

Have not seen that, but only have a handful (10 ish?) 2025 servers on VDA 2507 CU1 currently, but have a large fleet of 2402 CU3 alongside those servers. Delivery Controllers are also 2402 CU3 which could potentially be a difference as well. Those random issues like that are frustrating for sure, and odd not to have any sort of logging when they lose registration.

Have you AOT in place? Could help in the troubleshooting process.

What A/V? Are your exclusions all in place ? Had a a similar issue in January , missing exclusions on the cloud connectors for Crowdstike were causing daily VDA outages
