Currently building a new customer environment. Everything on Windows Server 2025. CVAD 2507.1100. NetScaler Load Balancing for Storefront, Director, Studio and WEM. Image build my MDT for MCS.
The start page of Director works and I can see details like number of sessions. But as soon as I try to look into user or machine details, I get an error in the WebUi and the Eventlog.
I searched for two hours yesterday, but wasn't able to find a solution. Has anybody seen this error before?
Ps.: I tried the linked CTX, but it didn't help.

04/22/2026, 11:47 PMInteresting, noted a similar problem with Unicon scout DB which allows being created when run without an SA enabled sql account, only to fail once you actually attempt to launch scout console ( still required for a lot of Unicon work) . I raised it to Unicon PM this week
