What's up with the NetScaler 14.1 Linux images available in the catalog? Did I miss some important news?

Could it be a specific way to download / update BLX? Not sure, first time I see it, too.

I thought it could be the first traces of a process to ditch the outdated *BSD base with an upcoming NetScaler 15.x.
(Don't want to spread any rumors, just my thoughts about this list! 😆_)_

possibly also related to Nutanix AHV builds available (though with limitations) and based on Linux instead of FreeBSD

It is for the Nutanix AHV supported appliance. Going forward, the new deployments will match this, but for now they are different. The new AHV image is not running on the old BSD image which is ultimately what the difference is.

Makes sense, as they are indeed called lx_64 for the hypervisor-portion.. still not used to it. =p
