Hey Steve its connecting to the remote servers to run the robocopy scripts is it maybe failing to connect sometimes? Mine works fine on 2507.1. Only working sometimes really implies something environmental changing between runs. Maybe antivirus?

I usually get alerts or see something that wouild tell me a process got blocked. However, i'm not seeing that here, but i'll double check with the AV team. One thing i notice off the bat is when i run the utility as admin, i get this .net error. Also, when choosing a few vdisks and versions to replicate, the master/slave table doesn't populate at all. I doubled check a few of the logs and i dont see anywhere where it might say it tried to 'import' the vdisk or version on the 2nd site, would this be in the main log?
is the primary master the only place that would contain logs?

The import into the pvs servers happens at the end of the master script so its logs would be in the vdiskreplicater_log.txt file. Does the script run to comnpletion?
you should really never have what o see in your image where no store is defined to replicate. Sometimes the timing is messed up in the UI and when yo use the inlcude selected vdisks it doesnt update the UI. If you close the hta and open it again then you see those. BUt you should always see the stores in tyhe process tab that will be replicated as along as you have saved them.

also maybe you need to update the psexec.exe version
I have not tested on server 2025 fi that's what your using i will put that on my list to do

it's all server 2019, and looks like we are using powershell remoting, over PSEXEC? Looks like there is a new version of the replicator script, currently on 4.1.0

The only change in 4.2 though was to the way psexec was called. I added a -i due to a change in psexec so if your using PowerShell remoting that wouldn't apply. 4.1 had a fix that would matter but i think if that was a problem it would always fail not sometimes

do you have .net 3.5 installed? is that a prereq at all?

Yes I use .net arrays in the vbscript that runs the ui

hmm, so i dont believe we have that installed, does that need to be installed on all servers or just the primary master?

just for the UI and where the vdiskreplicator.ps1 is run from not on the remote pvs servers

does it matter if the vdisk or version is in use on the primary master server when syncing to another site? I ended up opening up a support case. So we are getting to the bottom of it, which is looking like an out of order job, one of hte jobs that is set at an order of 1, is starting before other jobs with an order of 0 actually finish.
