Anyone have a good way to troubleshoot LAS License server connectivity to Citrix Cloud? I've gone through the .log files I can find in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing" folders but not seeing anything jump out at me. I originally had proxy / firewall issues but I think those are all worked out now. The server successfully registered I moved the Citrix Infrastructure to the LAS and all looked good. Fast forward a couple weeks I notice the License server is orange in Citrix Cloud.

Yeah. Mine is RED. My XenServer licenses "expire" in a few hours. They really need to adjust the way they present the server and license state on the DaaS portal.

mine also shows as orange but renews 19th march

mine says it renews also - but the anxiety level remains.

I have another client that stays Green (has been live for 60 days or so) and maintains that ~30 day renewal time. It just seems odd there is no way to force a check-in or see if it's actually communicating. All of my CVAD Sites, and PVS sites that are connected to that License server are maintaining 30 day expiration. Thomas's script reports all is good.

I am also seeing this. Many clients stay green and it seems that it auto renews daily. I have some that are orange or red now....nervous to see what happens when that date hits.

my LAS renewal date was today my license server was showing orange (screenshot above earlier in post) then went red and has now renewed and is back green 🙂

PowerShell The Get-ConfigSite cmdlet includes the UseLicenseActivationService property, which indicates the licensing mode currently active for the site. 1. Value = True. License Activation Service (LAS) Enabled. The site is actively using LAS for license management. 2. Value = False. The site is operating under legacy file based licensing framework and is not utilizing LAS.
