Anyone tested an internet outage with LAS and CVAD? A customer had a 30-minute proxy issue that morning, internet wasn't reachable. No-one was able to start a citrix session. "Access denied" when starting a pub-desktop. VDA Eventlog attached. Whats with the 30 day grace?!

Did you checked the Database server? I also had this error and the reason was a full disk on the sql server where the Citrix db is located.

Jep, DB was up and running, it was "just" internet connection which wasn't stable during a proxy issue
