12/17/2025, 9:58 AMHello, did anyone seen this behavior: with latest firmware when deploying new NetScaler VPX from scratch ldap authentication does not work with error 4003 even if timeout is set to much more than 3 seconds when pointing to local LBVS for ldap. If pointing directly to a DC it works. Tried with upgrade from previous firmware and no issue. Issue is happening for its ldap et ldaps. Thanks l!

12/17/2025, 2:59 PMI have not seen this. And just deployed some new units with ldap. What does cat /tmp/aaad.debug show when attempting to login?

12/17/2025, 4:50 PMError 4003. I was able to reproduce on my lab. Customer is with VPX on SDX and my VPX is on VMware.

If I point to an existing LDAP LBVS ok another VPX it works, so really weird …
