Anyone knows how to force the status here for an Netscaler Console Service Agent? The results of "python agent_diag.py" are absolutely ok and all successful. Without "OK" it cannot be set as LSA.

I had not see any issues with that before. I would start with verifying the agent can properly communicate with the websites listed in the article. https://docs.netscaler.com/en-us/netscaler-console-service/system-requirements.html

All the checks are successul. The Python Diag script does not show any errors and also the logfile "/var/mps/log/agent_diag_daemon.log" shows: successful response from NetScaler Console in posting diag

Sounds like time to open a ticket. It appears to be something on their side not recording it properly.

Was opened some minutes ago and so far they have no clue what happens here. They will check internally now.
