Guys, its been a while since dealing with on-prem persistent MCS. Citrix Cloud has the option to 'Change Master Image', I dont think this was ever an option on prem and the options were to create a new catalog or target the snapshot via PoSH/Provescheme. With it being persistent, the master will be used for new starts and potential rebuilds. Would I be right in saying for on-prem (2203 LTSR) PoSH is still the only way to do it? cheers

Sounds about right, Modern on prem versions brought it into console

Yea newer builds in web studio brought this for on Prem. If 2203 use the provsheme way until with power shell to update the catalog snapshot chain to be used on newly created VDAs in the catalog. Basically like you said, to use an updated snapshot for new VDAs in existing catalog if needed with poweshell
