got a Citrix license server that had a Network SSL error code 7 and the upload to cis.citrix.com had failed and it was showing as not reporting in DAAS under licensed deployments. I cleared those files out per article and restarted web services for licensing service and upload is now successfull and the license server is now showing as reporting but when i try log a support ticket for another issue it says i am not compliant ? how long does it take to clear before i can log support tickets and become compliant again ? i am sure i read it can take 24 hours ? https://support.citrix.com/s/article/CTX226278-license-server-call-home-failing-and-lo[…]sl-error-when-connecting-to-citrixcom-code-7?language=en_US
just ran ctx_license_management_service.exe -enable as the license management service was disabled when i ran -query hopefully that sorts it

I have seen that error caused by the license server not having the trusted root certificate for the Citrix site it is connecting to. Loading that root cert on the license server allowed the upload to complete successfully.

This is a DAAS environment with cloud connectors. On prem license server is just used for Citrix Hypervisor and Citrix PVS licensing in the resource location
What a absolute mess this is they want me to do manual telemetry uploads to CIS. I asked why as i meet all the pre reqs (Latest license server version, telemetry and license activation service URL's allowed on FW, License server registered in Citrix cloud and shows as connected)
