I have one device sending syslog data. I would very much like that syslog data to go to two separate destinations, as the sending of the syslog data itself is taxing on the source. Is there anything in the netscaler that would facilitate that? The traffic is UDP.

As far as I know this is not possible. It’s only possible to send NetScaler own events to multiple destinations. Your syslog device should be able to transmit to multiple locations. If not, consider running logstash or rayslog separately and put that one behind a load balancer. Logstash/rsyslog can send output to multiple destinations
