02/28/2025, 2:07 PMAnyone else seen blank CWA? I have 2 Netscaler Gateway, one for Prod and one for Test. I think its might be due to email discovery pointing to Prod. Just to verify to plan migration.

02/28/2025, 7:34 PMAfter updating to SF 2411 my CWA went blank, changed from mandatory to self service store and the icons was back (after adding them).
