Hi all, I have a special request from a customer which seemed easy in the first step but turned out isn't at all: Users can only paste plain text into Citrix apps/desktops. Users can copy plain text, HTML and CSV files from Citrix to their local machine. All other formats are blocked. expected policy: Policy with higher priority: Client clipboard redirection User setting - ICA Allowed (Default: Allowed) Client clipboard write allowed formats User setting - ICA CF_TEXT (Default: ) Session clipboard write allowed formats User setting - ICA CF_TEXT, CF_CSV, CF_File, CF_HTML (Default: ) Policy with lower priority: Client clipboard redirection User setting - ICA Prohibited (Default: Allowed) Added CSV as a custom format as stated in https://support.citrix.com/s/article/CTX477491-how-to-add-custom-clipboard-format-for-a-citrix-session?language=en_US Turns out: If you enable CF_File, all files are allowed according to: https://eucweb.com/blog/2687 Even when allowing only CF_Text, screenshots are allowed in both directions. LTSR 2401 CU1 in use. No Workspace app, only HTML5 Client. Could this be achieved with a Netscaler Client Policy or DeviceTrust?
