Hi guys, A customer has a branch office in China, but are experiencing latency problems, when connecting to the mothership in Denmark. Citrix Cloud is not reachable from China, and would by obvious choice, to improve the latency. How do you guys handle customers, with branch offices in China?

Use a custom workspace URL that is not Cloud.com..... that is a magic trick for the great china firewall bypass

Yes Citrix Cloud is reachable from China. We have offices there connecting to .cloud.com URL.

it 100% used to be blocked - they must have relaxed it if its working now

Yes, used to be blocker, we used custom workspace URL but we decommissioned it a while ago because they found an agreement (like a year ago or so)
