I dont think so. I think you have to use an authenticator app

so no futher config is needed on citrix cloud? Just enable or select the AD + token and it prompts to enter the code at next login.

Do you mean onprem netscaler, onprem Storefront and citrix cloud control plane ? In these configuration we use native otp available in premium netscaler édition with nfactor flow. Mfa is otp in our configuration, not push.
