I got an error message on the Director V.2411 when trying to view connections: "Data source unresponsive or reported an error. View Director server event logs for further information. CTX130320" Event Viewer logs on DDC were showing: The data source 'Unknown error.' ('http://DDC1.domain.local/Citrix/Monitor/OData/v3') responded with an unexpected error. User: 'domain\username' Console operation: 'Retrieving connection failures by type details…' Additional information: 'Monitoring Service' I tried the standard knowledge base article stuff (The database doesn't have a space in the name and the two DDC have their own FQDN in the Service.AutoDiscoveryAddresses) but it doesn't help solving my issue. Despite this error Director is working fine. Does anyone has an idea what to do to fix this issue?

Thanks for the quick reply. We checked our site and couldn't find entries in our DB related to Google Analytics as mentioned in the article. We'll have to investigate the issue further. Parallel we will open a case with Citrix.
