Hey, I have a problem with the NetScaler (13.1) at a customer. The customer has Hyper-V with S2D. If the customer uses Clusterware Updating to update the Hyper-V cluster and the NetScaler (primary) is moved to another host, the vservers are no longer accessible. The secondary does not take over. Only a “hard” shutdown of the primary NS node helps. Other VMs that are moved from this host to another continue to run without any problems. Does anyone know this problem? I have also seen this on vsphere with DRS enabled

Oh thanks. I missed that
Not supported on hyper v

The wording is a bit “meh” though, given that XenMotion has been renamed to “Live Migration” as well.

Unfortunately, it is not clear to me whether it is supported with 14.1 and Hyper-V

Yup, I re-read that. Nothing for Hyper-V. Only vmware and Xenserver.
So enabling all the session migration options on the VPX and doing an HA failover is going to be your best option.

And configuring node affinity if that is a thing on Hyper-V
