NetScaler SAML and Storefront Shortcuts Hello all, I am facing an issue with NetScaler SAML and Storefront Shortcuts. One of my customer wants to publish Storefront Shortcuts to a web site and use SAML as authentification flow. The problem we meet, only occurs on the first launch. The first time the user launchs a Storefront shortcut, he will get redirected to the iDP by the AAA vServer and then return to the NS Gateway (because the authentication has been already occurs in the browser) but the Storefront shortcut is not launch. The second time because the user has been already authenticate on the NS, the Storefront shortcut is correctly launched. Is the a way to make it works on the first launch ?

With Sotrefront we can generate shortcut to launch application (ICA). On the first launch, the flow is 1 - Launch the Storefront Shortcut 2 - NS redirect the request to the iDP (because we are not authenticate) 3 - iDP tells to the NS it's OK 4 - NS display the Storefront page On the second launch, the flow is 1 - Launch the Storefront Shortcut 2 - NS see we have an authentication valid 3 - Application is launched

Do you have more than one StoreFront servers? Are they load balanced, do you have persistence configured?
