Short question about the NetScaler agent for NetScaler Console Service: The agents should be deployed in HA mode. I found this guide: NetScaler ADM Agents for Multisite Deployment I’ve set up two agents and attached them to the same site. I still need to test the failover setup, but my biggest question now is about flex licensing. Which agent am I using for licensing? Or should I use the built-in agent ? I definitely need all the features from the agents.

If you have multiple NetScaler Console Agents (for example, one per location/datacenter), only 1 can act as license server. Other agents will communicate through NetScaler Console Service to the agent that is currently acting as license server to acquire a license.
If an agent becomes unavailable, another agent can take over as license server.

Thanks! The Built-in agent relies on an existing LSA in one of your sites (I need to amend my blog post). As long as you have a second agent installed, it can become the LSA if the first goes down. https://docs.netscaler.com/en-us/netscaler-console-service/manage-licenses/adm-service-agent-behavior-pooled-licensing.html
@Jan Tytgat beat me to it.
