I upgraded from SF 2308 to 2407 and a Mac user with OS X is no longer able to connect with html 5 light, we tried safari, chrome and firefox. I reverted the snapshot back to 2308 and he got it right away. I can't seem to find any OS compatibility matrix for SF with Macs, however perhaps someone can shed some light here. I know nothing about mac's at all, i haven't touched one in over 15 years....

What Workspace App for HTML5 version? Found this: 2407 release includes Citrix Workspace app for HTML5 HDX client 2404.1. Then found this fixed issue with Workspace App for HTML5 v2409: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-workspace-app-for-html5/about#fixed-issues-in-2409 if any of this is related. For testing/validation of StoreFront, does the current Citrix Workspace app 2409.10 for Mac work on StoreFront 2407?

You have to update the HTML 5 client on the SF servers, I‘m not sure, but I think it’s not included in the server update process.
