There is a known issue with commands in rc.netscaler being ignored on reboot. Could be this command: nsapimgr_wr.sh -ys call=ns_saml_dont_send_subject which are used if SAML and nFactor are used

Thanks for your answers. This means, if I have a netscaler with nfactor but without saml auth, I could upgrade it (I have a NS where I'm using the internal MFA of premium netscaler).

Please note that if you have any commands in rc.netscaler, not only the one I wrote, they will be ignored on reboot with 13.1-56.18 firmware.

They may be ignored on boot, I have upgraded some devices that did not get this issue, but obviously.....there is a chance this bug will manifest

It was in my file, so yes I would assume so, as Citrix made no mention of specific commands, merely the file as a whole

Seems pretty stable besides from the rc.netscaler issue.
