Hello, we have two netscaler nodes in a high availability cluster. Our monitoring tool has now displayed the following error - the error is also visible under High Availability > Nodes > Statistics. Propagation timeouts = 2 We have already tried to do a failover, “sync ha files all” command, there are also no errors in the Netscaler logs. We could not find anything helpful in the Citrix documentation

From my experience it is normal to have some of those. It happens when the command fails to run on the secondary node for some reason. I believe the HA sync will run after every propagation failure to ensure no diff in config. But I would definitely do some dummy changes to the primary node just to be sure it does not happen with every command.

Ah, okay, I see. Thank you. The “synchronization status” is successful. Sync is working. Is it possible to reset this counter?

I believe the counter resets at boot, but maybe this will do the trick: https://developer-docs.netscaler.com/en-us/adc-command-reference-int/current-release/ns/ns-stats.html Use at your own risk 😀 Did a quick check now and I do not see any propagation failures in our environment as of now, but I have for sure seen some in the past.

Thank you. We have already tried to delete the statistics from the GUI - did not work. The restart has now reset the counter.
