I know you mentioned Nvidia discrete GPUs on the endpoint, but Nvidia + Arc iGPU has bitten our help desk more than a couple of times.

first thing i was going to mention was intel drivers. seen it at our firm a few times. what intel gpu do you have?

I had this issue so many times now. Windows Update keeps pushing the buggy Intel driver onto our customers devices.
