I am troubleshooting session launch failures internally. IGEL thin clients where users log in to StoreFront from a Firefox session. Users randomly get "Connection to "HDX IP - Desktop Name" has been lost." This seems like an STA issue between the NetScaler running the optimal HDX routing Gateway and the StoreFront servers. I am using HTTPS and fully qualified names for the STAs on both the Gateway and StoreFront servers. The Gateway is showing green. Most launches are successful, but periodically users will struggle with failures.
Now on to my question. For those of you with Citrix Cloud and on-prem StoreFront, do your AUTH IDs listed next to your STAs on the NetScaler side all match? I always though each XML broker would have it's own unique AUTH ID and a sign of things not right would be identical auth IDs.
