is this fixed without a reg key in later versions? CU1 is a bit older now

Its still not fixed - they are still working on compatibility… It’s better to disable on ADC as with regkey we will lost Adaptive scaling feature which seems to be useful 🤷🏻‍♂️

ah, it's just disabling hte L7 feature, not disabling appflow all together
