09/05/2024, 3:45 PMHey friends, has anyone seen an issue with Windows 11 VDI's (2402 / DaaS / Azure) where the taskbar takes like 10 minutes to load after logon? No profile system currently, just plain non-persistent MCS build. The only nuance is they dont have Internet access. Would that matter? UPD - looks like no internet access is a problem. Anyone been able to run Win 11 without outbound internet access?

09/05/2024, 6:16 PMI got it to work. Uninstalled every default app that comes with Windows including OneDrive, Cortana and Copilot. Disabled widgets, store, and removed Internet results from search. 😄 WTF MS.....
