Hi everyone, I am having trouble getting my headset to work with Teams when HDX optimization is enabled. If I disable HDX optimization, the headset works fine. I’m using a Logitech Pro X2 LightSpeed headset, which connects via a USB dongle. Interestingly, if I remove the dongle and connect the headset via Bluetooth, it works with Teams both with and without HDX optimization. When I make a test call, I can hear the ringtone, but as soon as the call connects, the audio stops working. This issue occurs in both the classic and new versions of Teams, and I’ve also tried it in different environments. Audio works perfectly in other applications within the Citrix session without any issues. Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on what to try next?

Is the headset going through to the session via USB redirection, or Audio redirection? With optimized teams the ring noise comes from the session, but the call itself comes from the local device. So if it full captured that would explain you losing access to it locally. When you have a session going and try and listen to local audio do you hear that?

I haven't made any policies or settings regarding audio so I'm not sure which one is enabled. And yes, I can hear music locally during the time of the session.
