08/15/2024, 5:37 PMSeeing an issue where Citrix Cloud is unaware a user has a session on a host despite the VDA being on and registered. This causes Citrix to launch subsequent apps on a different server which times out as their fslogix profile is locked. We are running 2402 VDA. Restarting the desktop service allows Citrix to re-identify that the session exists. Anyone run into this? have a solution? Going to test 2407 VDA.

08/16/2024, 7:59 AMHad the same issue with Win10 multi-session. Now running 2203 cu5 without issues. Will try again when 2402 cu1 is here.

08/18/2024, 2:37 PMWe have a hotfix from Citrix for that issue on 2402. There are a few Reddit threads about it that we have seen as well.

08/18/2024, 2:51 PMIt is not a public hotfix. Citrix will want to gather logs to confirm the same issue. My ticket is: 82786991
The hotfix has only been applied to a few systems, but they have not had the issue since then. Looking to roll it out further.
