Looking to hear what your experience has been thus far with Citrix UPM Profile Containers. Any issues or pain points? Working fine with multiple concurrent sessions? Any issues with OneDrive or OST files? There's been a lot of innovation over the last couple years. So hoping to gain some insight on performance and stability and just overall issues/pain points.

We don't do concurrent sessions. Citrix added some things requested by us and maybe others to help prevent issues with concurrent sessions. They fixed things that prevented us from using Full Profile Containers with information we provided comparing them with FSLogix which did work with the product in question. They fixed the issues we were seeing with Profile Management taking over control of the Outlook OST path and forcing it to default location, which was a huge pain for us and I'm still recovering from, slowly. There is currently a BSOD in UPMACTION.SYS that occurs occasionally on 2402. We are testing an unsigned hotfix for this issue, but it's pretty random and don't like putting unsigned fixes in production. With all of the innovation the past couple years, and having them take our feedback and incorporate it into the product, I'm very pleased overall with UPM full profile containers. I'm in a process of moving all of our clients to full profile containers.

Guessing you are doing mostly pub desktops then for the users? @Dennis Parker

CPM team have done a great job of taking feedback and updating or adding features to the product accordingly.

had really good experience thus far. were some learning curves at first, the team is really keeping it developed nicely. One thing we did notice is a lot of bloat in the appdata\local\temp folder so we added that to our exclusion list.

Pain with the documentation, though that has gotten way better. Pain if wanting to exclude items from the profile (for those of us without money to burn) as it can have weird consequences that do not show up in the file based version (teams 2 fails to launch if not very careful.) But overall, happy with it.
