How do you guys handle a situation where a client has more gateway connections then is supported by one SDX, SSL bridge loadbalancer in front of multiple gateways spread over SDX's or maybe clustering?

GSLB and Optimal Gateway Routing from the storefront is usually my solution. Setup different storefront servers to go to different OGR gateways
