Running into an issue with Director and ADM. We have Director integrated with ADM for getting Gateway Insight data. Once 20 connections are made via API no other details are shown in sessions. Looking on the ADM I see 20 API connections using the account specific for connecting Director to ADM. If I drop those connections, then I can login to Director and see data again. But once that fills up it breaks. Anyone know of a way to recycle these sessions? Or set them to collapse after X amount of time?

Service or on-premises? I don't recall hearing anything about a limit.

On-prem. We put a timeout on that account for 8 hours and will check to see if it clears out for tomorrow.

So 8 hours did clear out the API, but we hit that 20 limit within a couple of hours. I dropped it down to 30 minutes to see if they can be renewed if someone is still connected to director.
