I’ve not done EFI in PVS before and running into some conflicting stuff in docs. Looking at @Carl Stalhood’s site (https://www.carlstalhood.com/provisioning-services-server-install/#tftp) it says that same subnet you should only need DHCP option 11, but I cannot get the machines to boot without also specifying option 67 and 67. The DHCP server is not on the PVS servers, does that matter?
It also says that with EFI, BDM won’t work, but I’ve added a boot iso and it boots fine
so I don’t know what’s going on anymore

you can def do bdm wiht EFI where does it say that wont work? Are you trying to to do both bios and EFI at the same time on the same network using PXE? That you cnt do easily. Foe EFI the extra thing you need is 017 Root Path to set the port if you use a non standard starting port. That one got me when i was testing EFI.
I ended up creating a second subnet

I got it working, it needed another reboot
from Carl’s site “BIOS machines can instead use Boot ISO or Boot Partition, but these options are not available for EFI/UEFI.”
it will work same subnet with just option 11 as long as the pxe server is happy

I ran into issues with Infoblox and VMWare doing proper EFI pxe boot, so lately everybody gets BDM. Also prepares them for their DR sync to Azure.

ISO and BDM boot are absolutely supported with UEFI in general.

@Carl Stalhood you might need to update this part?
