So, installing all the firmwares tonight. One customer it is asking me to backup the web config.xml for the portal as they have a modified logon theme. But, other customers I have that also have custom themes do not have to back it up. Has anyone else seen this?

I remember that I used to do that to. I think it was in a upgrade manual somewhere. I stopped doing it and it keeps working 😂

I have a custom one and did not back it up and it survived.
