Citrix cloud control layer , Server 2016 OS , VDA 2402 , Fslogix 2210 HF1 , having some weird ghost session issues where it is not reconnecting back to the disconnected session and starts a new session to a different server which doesnt work because the fslogix containers are already mounted in the first session (Direct access mode). Cloud Studio/Director and get-brokersession doesnt show any sessions for the affected user but when you check the original server the session is present as per screenshot. I have seen the CTX article about fastreconnect but that appears to be server 2019 related https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX296769/users-on-one-vda-cannot-reconnect-to-disconnected-session anyone else seeing this ?
