Hey guys, I need to develop a relatively complex script to automate VIP, service, etc. creation. I did other related work but it was more generate the script in CLI and run it. This time, I am looking at using REST Api. I read about the NextGen API but I don't like it because it can only be maintained this way. Back to NITRO API, do we have ppl here that did lot of automation with it? I found some good PoSh modules but old. Not a major problem but I already had to fix a few deprecated API calls in some functions. Do you have a preferred PoSh module? Thanks!

I have automated quite some stuff in Go, and previously in .NET. However, I do not rely on the implementations from NetScaler/Citrix as they don’t play to the strengths of the languages involved in my opinion.

Go and .net are not in my skills set, PoSh is even if you can do .net also :) I found a PoSh module from https://github.com/devblackops/NetScaler it is not perfect but it contains many functions well written. I am adding the missing one I need, direct API calls via PoSh. So far I have good result. Thanks!
