06/19/2024, 8:42 AMTwo customers from Germany reported this week, that "suddenly" a small number of menus switched to en-US from de-DE, especially the right click menu in notepad. I suspect Windows Updates, as there haven't been VDA or FSLogix changes in our current cycle.
The OS installed from a German ISO, no language packs are installed. Just open any text file with notepad and right-click:

So German 2019 ISO + June 24 KB = English context menu.
