we're extracting the upgradebundle.pl from the .tgz and readying the file
we already had the bundle uploaded and that directory didn't appear
we're now trying to re-upload the build

Use GUI to SVM and do the Update there, every time there is the pre-check where exactly that directory will appear. You have to live refresh the WinSCP session because it's only there for 1-3 seconds

pretty confident that directory doesn't appear for us
we're trying to do the filecopy in shell a couple of times per second and it doesn't seem to do anything

damn, i think there's a little typo 😄 it could also be /var/mps/cb_sb_images/sb_details

that directory we could find
support instructed us to replace the file upgradebundle.pl inside the .tgz file

I have the same problem, can you tell me how to edit the file in tgz?

Basically you extract the tgz, then modify the file and compress it back
I paste the steps in to the forum, because no one has told me not to 😄
in the forum, pretty much the same Julian instructed above
