Re-allocating licenses to a new license server in the same site. Any expected downtime?

None. The licenses still "works" even though you re-allocate to another server.

Return your licenses in mycitrix.com 2. reallocate them to the new license server, be sure to use the correct hostname as it's case sensitive 3. download license file and import the license file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\MyFiles. Restart service "Citrix Licensing" 4. Point Studio, PVS and Xenserver to the new license server (trust self signed certificate) 5. If using PVS, restart also the stream service 6. No downtime expected 7. Studio accepts connections even if the license server is offline for 720h, PVS for 96h
