like azure or AWS?

Yup
c
Is there a guide or an article on how to do that? Thanks for your help.
There are lots of people that have done this and posted about it. Make sure you are on latest firmware with WAF protection enabled before you get started.

Thank you @Jeff Riechers

On the community site is a document that specifies all the built in methods NetScaler has. These include OTP (Like Google Authenticator) Email, etc. You can find it here. https://community.citrix.com/tech-zone/learn/tech-briefs/citrix-nfactor-mfa/
There is even a Live Demo of the Push notification setup. The Moderator did an excellent job IMHO ๐Ÿคฃ https://community.citrix.com/videos/netscaler/live-demo-showcasing-netscaler-push-notification-with-native-otp-as-back-up/
c
Thank you @Richard Faulkner This live demo is really good. Will it also work with custom portal pages/themes?
r
you can also use Radius auth and point it to NPS, or Duo Auth Proxy or something of the like to get your MFA
r
Yes, It is not linked to the portal page. It is a AAA function.
c
Our Citrix partner tells it otherwise. NetScaler has an inbuilt functionality to send OTP messages is what they say..
r
"Send and receive messages".... wut?
c
r
yeah, i was going to say... Richard mentioned native OTP and what I believe is native push?
r
I showed a video of a NetScaler Live Demo that I hosted. It showed how to use the OTP and push as a backup, both native to NetScaler.
With nFactor, you can use any of the native functions of NetScaler. I also linked the community article showing all of the options NetScaler has natively.
c
I have the built in OTP method working with AD and MS Authenticator.
