Does the “all additions” in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 7 2402 LTSR, All Editions mean that 2402 is the Current release now and LTSR at the same time? Or is 2311 still the latest current release version that must be updated every X months?

All Editions means components applicable to all license Editions. You also have components that fall under the Premium license. CVAD 2402 is our latest version and can also be consumed as an intermediate version to the next CR. So, from 2311 -> 2402 -> 24XX etc
