Hi all, we have an issue that users are getting disconnected from their session without a proper reason, but unfortunately it happens very random and we can't reproduce it. The thing is that it only happens to users with published apps. We also have +/- 200 igels with a published desktop and their sessions never get disconnected. If a user gets disconnected, we randomly see events like dwm.exe crash or winlogon.exe fail, but its timestamp is never exactly the same as when the users session is disconnected (it's off with +/- 1 minute). Also, these errors aren't there everytime. There are also several rpm events (event 10) from session reliability. I'm in doubt if switching from session reliability to ICA Keep Alive would potentially solve some issues (what would be the preferred choice?) Environment is Server 2022, Citrix 2311. My main issue is why the IGELs never have this issue and the other users experience it almost daily (but als not everyone)

You could perhaps test with a group with EDT disabled? Maybe not relevant if IGELs have EDT enabled and no issues.

are the IGELs vs other users entering the citrix environment differently? aka, one is going through a netscaler, and maybe the IGEL devices are internal?

@Geert EDT / Adaptive Transport is already disabled, but that doesn't make a difference @Steve Noel network path from both the IGELs and the other users are exactly the same; they go directly through storefront. Netscaler connections are only used for external connectivity
Would switching to ICA Keep Alive be an advantage? I always tend to stick to session reliability
