Are you aware of any hotfixes for 2203 LTSR CU4 multi-session VDA?

Yes there is Update 1 to fix a Bug Check. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/2203-ltsr/whats-new/cumulative-update-4/fixed-issues

I also just got a private hot fix for 2203 LTSR CU4.1 StoreFront to fix names with an ' in them displaying as encoded text. Our case for reference: 82556302
