Weird issue - not sure on cause. OneDrive setup for Win10 MCS read only non-persistent machines will bluescreen as soon as OneDrive is logged in. Onedrive is being controlled by group policy - basically as per @James Rankin excellent article. VDA 2308, UPM container for the complete profile, local caching for profile container, OneDrive container enabled. We have another group of Win10 MCS read only non-persistent machines running the same OneDrive group policy, but they are running userlayer rather than UPM, and have no issues. A couple of other notes. The OneDrive group policy is set to automatically login user and automatically enable KFR. On the userlayer machines it works as expected. On the UPM based machines it prompts the user to login and setup KFR every time. Another issue i've noticed. With or without OneDrive in the image, the UPM Profile Container machines will bluescreen pretty much immediately if i do not have local caching for profile container enabled.

Do you use Citrix App Layering to build your images? Or by chance have long C drive labels (not the default "Windows 10" label)?
p
We build everything from Citrix App layering.
C Drive label is the standard ULayeredImage
Well.. Blow me down.. Citrix is really killing me recently. Thanks Keith for the link!

What an oddly specific bug. Great find.

No problem, we (Adam is part of our team) encountered the same issues back in February. It looks like the bug will be fixed in the next LTSR and CR versions, but meanwhile we just have a start-up script that changes the drive label to something shorter.
Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_Volume -Filter "DriveLetter = 'C:'" | Set-CimInstance -Property @{Label = 'Windows'}
